A Presentation Programme with the following inscription:-
Borough of Wokingham Presentation of the Honorary Freedom of the Borough to Alderman STANLEY LEONARD BOWYER
and
Mr. LEONARD GODDARD SMALLEY
at the Town Hall, Wokingham on January 30th 1973.
At the proceedings, Alderman Bowyer and Mr. Smalley were formally handed an illuminated scroll and they were asked to sign the Freeman’s Roll, witnessed by the Mayor and the Town Clerk.
The programme also has a list of persons who have previously been admitted Honorary Freedom Of The Borough.
